Shantel Mayris, is a Brooklyn-born, first-generation Panamanian-American licensed Master Social Worker, committed to helping individuals grow mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. Rooted in her identity in Christ, her work is grounded in compassion, integrity, and a desire to see others fully step into who God created them to be.

Her approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and holistic—supporting the mind, body, and spirit. Shantel helps clients navigate anxiety, identity challenges, life transitions, and more, while equipping them with practical tools and spiritual insight to experience clarity, gain confidence, and lasting healing.
