Happy Mental Health Awareness Month!

Our mental health is important to God and should therefore be important to us.

In this episode, we are accompanied by special guest, Jennifer Oliver, as she unpacks The Parent Growth Mindset, the type of mindset that acknowledges growth and evolution can happen, with God, regardless of our experiences and developed perspectives, over time, as individuals and parents.

Jennifer Oliver is a fifth grade lead teacher for Newport News Public Schools. A graduate of both Hampton University and Liberty University, Jen is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Education in Educational Psychology at Regent University. Jen was born and raised in Baltimore, MD but has resided in the Hampton Roads area since attending HU. She has nearly twenty years of experience in teaching and reaching youth, teenagers, and young adults in both the school and church setting, specifically the ages of 10-18.
